We are excited to share that nVent Chair and CEO Beth Wozniak has been recognized by the Manufacturing Institute as a 2025 Women MAKE Awards honoree. Beth and her fellow honorees were selected by their peers for their leadership within the manufacturing industry.
The Women MAKE Awards recognize women in science, technology, engineering and production careers who exemplify leadership within their companies. Each year, 100 women leaders and 30 rising female stars are selected by their peers among more than 1,000 candidates as Women MAKE Awards Honorees and Emerging Leaders.
As CEO since its inception in 2018, Beth developed the strategy and vision which drive nVent’s growth and performance, making it a top tier electrical company. Under Beth’s leadership, nVent has grown to a $3B company focused on building a more sustainable and electrified world. nVent has earned a Great Place To Work® Certification™ for three consecutive years and was named to the Fortune Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production List. In addition to leading nVent, Beth has served as Chair of the Board of Governors of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association since 2024.
The 2025 Women MAKE Awards Gala will take place in Washington D.C., next month.
Congratulations to Beth and all the 2025 Women Make Awards honorees!
